About Esen DMC
The destination management brand of Esen Tour — a licensed Istanbul travel agency running group tours across Turkey since 2005.
Twenty years on the roads of Turkey
Esen Tour was founded in Kadıköy, Istanbul in 2005. Today we run group tours all over Turkey — cultural circuits, regional tours, faith and heritage programs and Northern Cyprus — with our own coach rental division and our own Cyprus hotel desk.
Our best-known operation is Konya Şeb-i Arus. Every December we move more than 1,000 guests to Konya for the anniversary of Rumi — ceremony tickets, high-speed trains, hotels and guides, all in the same short week. It is the kind of operation that only works with a team that runs everything itself.
Esen DMC puts that same team at the service of tour operators, travel agencies and group organisers abroad. You keep the relationship with your clients; we make sure everything on the ground runs exactly as you sold it.
Who we work with
Groups & series
Escorted groups and series departures for tour operators and travel agencies.
Faith & heritage
Seven Churches, Cappadocian monasteries, Ottoman mosques and Rumi's Konya.
Schools & associations
Study trips and special-interest programs with clear, simple logistics.
Meetings & incentives
Incentive trips, meetings and gala evenings, from Istanbul to the coast.
How we work with partners
We operate, not only resell
Planning, operations and coach transport are run by our own team. When something changes on the road, the person who answers your message can fix it.
Transparent proposals
Every hotel night, coach day, guide day and entrance ticket is a separate line, at net rates, so you can compare, adjust and resell with confidence.
One contact, start to finish
The same team follows your group from the first brief to the last airport transfer, and your tour leader always has someone to call.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a DMC and what does Esen DMC do?
A destination management company (DMC) is the local partner that plans and operates a program on the ground. Esen DMC arranges hotels, coaches, licensed guides, transfers, domestic flights, entrances and experiences across Turkey for tour operators, travel agencies and group organisers abroad.
Is Esen DMC a licensed travel agency?
Yes. Esen DMC is a brand of Esen Tour (Esen Tur Organizasyon Taşımacılık Ticaret Ltd. Şti.), licensed by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, TÜRSAB, with licence number A-11126, operating from Kadıköy, Istanbul since 2005.
Do you work with travel agencies at net rates?
Yes. Agencies and tour operators receive net, itemised proposals so they can add their own margin and resell the program to their clients.
Are the itineraries on this website fixed?
No. They are sample routes to give you ideas. Dates, length, hotels, pace and route are all planned around your group.
Can you arrange the Konya Şeb-i Arus whirling ceremony?
Yes. Every year we bring more than 1,000 guests to Konya for Şeb-i Arus, held 7–17 December. We arrange ceremony tickets, high-speed train or flight seats, hotels and guiding. Tickets are limited, so we recommend sending your request early.
How do I request a proposal?
Use the Request a Quote page or message us on WhatsApp at +90 549 343 50 50. Include group size, travel dates or month, nights, destinations and hotel category.
