Meet & assist at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Welcome dinner.

Day 2Istanbul — Old City
Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and the Grand Bazaar.

Day 3Istanbul — Cappadocia
Topkapı Palace and a Bosphorus cruise. Evening flight to Cappadocia, transfer to the hotel.

Day 4Cappadocia
Optional sunrise balloon flight. Göreme Open-Air Museum, Uçhisar Castle, Paşabağ valley and Avanos pottery.

Day 5Cappadocia — Konya
Kaymaklı underground city, Sultanhanı caravanserai on the Silk Road, then Konya and the Mevlâna Museum.

Day 6Konya — Pamukkale
Drive west through the Lakes Region to Pamukkale. Evening in the thermal hotel.

Day 7Pamukkale — Ephesus
Hierapolis and the travertine terraces, then on to the Ephesus area.

Day 8Ephesus — Istanbul
Ancient Ephesus and the House of the Virgin Mary. Evening flight from Izmir to Istanbul.

Day 9Departure
Transfer to Istanbul airport.
